Can be used anywhere one would use salt and use about the same amount as you would salt.

Use on steaks, chops, beef, pork, chicken, venison, other wild game. It’s great on potatoes, baked, fried, French fried, steak fries. Also excellent on cooked vegetables: green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, etc.
Try it on any meat or cooked vegetable. Use on pasta, plain or with sauce.

Black Kettle Seasonings #2 Jimmy’s Sweet Blend  

 

Jimmy’s Sweet Blend is a sugar based seasonings and very good on grilled veggies and for enhancing flavour of beef, pork and wild game.
     Below are some uses for Jimmy’s Sweet Blend:

Cut onions to desired serving size and place in skillet with your favourite cooking oil and sweat and add Jimmy’s Sweet Blend and you have fantastic grilled onions.

Cut your favourite meat into bite sized pieces and cook in a skillet. When the meat is about ľ done add Jimmy’s Sweet Blend. If there is not enough liquid in pan to dissolve the seasonings add a couple tablespoons of water and stir until the liquid thickens and forms its own sauce.
 

Season a roast, pork loin, pork shoulder, brisket or other large cut of meat with your favourite seasoning. I think Black Kettle Seasonings Original Blend or LaCinda’s Smoky Blend is best. Add Jimmy’s Sweet Blend rubbing it in and cook as usual.

Black Kettle Seasonings #3 LaCinda's Smoky Blend  

 

LaCinda’s Smoky Blend is a seasoned salt with smoked paprika and other spices that imparts a smoky flavour to foods.

Uses for LaCinda’s Smoky Blend:
Add to salads, veggies, pasta, meat and fish or most anything you would add salt to. 

Use as A Rub or for breading meat or vegetables.
Rub a generous amount into a pork shoulder, pork loin or roast and cook as usual and get a smoked flavour. 

A great fish or onion ring breading- 1 cup flour, 1 cup corn meal and 1 tablespoon of LaCinda’s Smoky Blend and mix. Dip fish or onion rings into an egg and milk wash then into the flour, cornmeal mixture and repeat. Deep fry until golden brown in 30 degree oil.
